The application becomes binding after the dispatch by email. Acceptance of this application is considered as proper conclusion of the contract between the organiser and exhibitor.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations exhibitors cancellation fees are as follows:
For cancellations 7-10 days prior to the start of the exhibition is a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount, if canceled 6 days or less before the start of the exhibition is cancellation fee of 100%.
